Default Character disappeared

While logging on to GW, my husband got a message saying that some "archives" were being repaired. After it was done, his high level assassin was gone or deleted.

(Happened a few weeks ago, but I just found this site.)

Has this happened to anyone? Or does anyone know how that can happen?

You're best off contacting customer support and hoping they can be arsed to help, but it may be a bit past it. never happened to me btw.

2 days ago when starting up GW i got a little mini installation for some reasson .But instead it said repairing data archive.All my characters are still there but i have no idea why it did that.
